On February 20th, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Banc Sabadell agreed to propose my appointment as an independent Board Member. I am honored by the appointment, a stimulating challenge in itself, which comes at a time and stage of great complexity. I will work with determination and good will to contribute my experience in governance, fintech and data.

According to the Sabadell press release, “with this appointment, the Board of Directors of Banc Sabadell incorporates new knowledge on corporate governance as well as on the latest technological trends in the financial sector, and contributes to maintaining the collective suitability of the board and its diversity of genre”.
